Shipping: We use UPS to ship our packages as we have found it to be very reliable, easily trackable, and cost effective. Our online store is connected directly to the UPS rate calculator and calculates your order's shipping charges based on the weight of your package plus the location (zone) it is being shipped to.  We charge an additional $3.00 handling fee to cover the costs of packaging material and labor.  Our shopping cart will charge your card at the time that you place your order and you will be emailed a receipt of your order at that time.  Upon shipment of your order, another email will be sent with package tracking information. 

Turnaround time: The total shipping time for your order is our turnaround time PLUS the time in transit. We strive for a 24 hour turnaround upon receipt of payment but during busy times, such as the holiday season, it can be as much as 3-4 days. Orders placed over the weekend (including most Friday orders) will be shipped out on the following Monday or Tuesday.  UPS transit times vary based on the location the package is being shipped to.  It is not the norm, but some zones take up to 9 days, so keep that in mind when placing your order.

Do I have to pay sales tax?:

Residents of California are subject to 7.75% sales tax on their orders.

Returns:

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, within five (5) days of receipt of your order, call us at (707) 963-5010 and request a return.  After you have been given approval, you can then arrange the return of the product for exchange or full cash refund (excluding shipping charges).  Product must be unused and in the original resellable packaging.


Order Cancellations:

You may cancel any "in process"order by calling us at (707) 963-5010.  Orders that have "shipped" cannot be cancelled.

Privacy Policy:

We will not use your information for any purposes other than to contact you about your order.  If you sign up for our mailing list, we will send you information on new products and special offers.  We will never give your information to anyone for any other purposes!!
